Your week, planned automatically. And every decision explained.
Weekmind fits tasks, routines and focus time into the gaps of your Google Calendar. Fixed appointments stay where they are. Every block says why it sits there, and you see right away what no longer fits.
Sign-up is still closed. No newsletter, no sharing: one email at launch, unsubscribe any time.

Why here?
Due Friday, estimated 3 h. Tuesday morning is your longest free focus window.
Automatic, and still easy to follow
Other planners move things without asking and leave you to clean up. Here you stay in control.
Fixed appointments stay fixed
Dentist, client call, school pickup: whatever is in your calendar never moves. Only free time gets planned.
Every block has a reason
Deadline, duration, priority and your focus window: you see why something sits where it does, and what was left out for it.
Suggestions, not silent changes
When your day changes, small things are repaired on their own. Bigger rearrangements come as a suggestion to accept or reject.
AI assistant
Plan by talking
Say in your own words what matters this week. The assistant understands you, a solver computes the plan, and you get a suggestion with every change at a glance.
- An optimization solver plans, the AI understands and explains
- Changes only after your okay, with undo
- Runs on Claude, Gemini, open models via Ollama Cloud or any OpenAI-compatible API
- Bring your own API key and model if you like
I'm off sick on Wednesday. Move everything that isn't urgent.
Got it. Wednesday is cleared, your appointments there stay. My suggestion:
- Write proposal: Wed 9:00 → Thu 9:00
- Review PR #87: Wed 14:00 → Fri 11:00
- Newsletter: next week, the deadline allows it
Where your work lives
Tasks arrive on their own
Connect several Google calendars and pull in issues, pull requests and messages as tasks with a duration and a deadline. Jira, GitHub, Todoist, Google Tasks and Slack connect in one click with your own account, no token copying.
Google Calendar

New
More control over your week
What we added recently: you decide more precisely what gets planned, see more about every event, and keep work and private life apart.
Work blocks your private calendar
Events from your work account can show up as “Busy” in your private calendar, or both ways. Switch it on or off per calendar.
Every detail in one click
Click an event to see its location, video link, attendees and description. Planned blocks also show where they came from, such as the Jira issue.
You pick what gets scheduled
New tasks from Jira and GitHub wait under “Not scheduled” until you pick them. Blocked or later tickets stay out of your week.
Priority and duration per task
Set the priority and estimated time of every task yourself, imported ones included. The plan follows them.
Your own AI key
Add your own access to Anthropic, Gemini, Ollama Cloud or an OpenAI-compatible API. The key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Connected in one click
Sign in to Jira, GitHub, Todoist, Google Tasks and Slack with your own account. No token copying, and disconnecting is just as quick.
For agents
Your agents plan along
An MCP server and a REST API give Claude, Cursor and your scripts the same tools as the in-app assistant. Whatever an agent changes arrives in your week as a suggestion.
- MCP over Streamable HTTP with OAuth, no token copying
- REST API with an OpenAPI description
- Every agent listed on its own and easy to disconnect
# Connect Claude Code to your week

Questions and answers
Will it move my existing appointments?+
No. Appointments from your calendars are fixed. Planning only happens around them, in your free time and within your working hours.
Which calendars are supported?+
Google Calendar to start with, including several accounts at once. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are next.
Can my work calendar block my private calendar?+
Yes. Connect both Google accounts and switch on, for your private calendar, that events from your other accounts get added there. Work events then show up as “Busy”, without titles or details. Switch it on for both calendars and it works both ways.
Where is my data stored?+
On servers in the EU, run by NX Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from Germany. When you disconnect an account, every event we created is removed from your calendar again.
What AI is behind it?+
An optimization solver computes the plan, so it is traceable and reproducible. A language model understands your requests in the chat and writes the explanations.
Can I use my own AI provider and API key?+
Yes. In the settings you choose Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, Ollama Cloud or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint and enter the model and key. The key is stored encrypted and only sent to the provider you named.
Can I connect my own AI agents?+
Yes. Connect Claude, Cursor and other agents through the MCP server, and your own scripts through the REST API. Changes arrive as suggestions, unless you allow an agent to plan directly.
